AGS has successfully completed a large-scale office relocation in Guangzhou for a leading Chinese high-tech organisation, moving 3,000 employees into a new multi-storey headquarters.
The complex project involved the transfer of approximately 2,500 cubic metres of office furniture, equipment and sensitive technology infrastructure. To ensure smooth delivery, two AGS supervisors coordinated teams of 25 professional packers each day over a three-week period, managing every stage.
Minimising downtime was a key priority, with AGS relocating departments floor by floor to maintain business continuity while ensuring all workstations and technical systems were transported, installed and fully operational on arrival.
Careful planning and execution were essential to protect critical IT equipment and meet demanding timescales. The methodology enabled employees to settle into their new workspace ahead of schedule.
