Award-winning start for X1

X1 Sales & Lettings has begun 2026 on a high, celebrating major international success and national recognition after a standout run in two leading industry awards programmes.

The Liverpool-based business achieved a clean sweep at the International Property Awards, winning every category in which it was nominated. X1 was recognised as a leading Real Estate Agency – Single Office and Lettings and Rentals Agency, while its Trafford Waters developments also picked up multiple honours, including awards for Residential Development (Over 20 Units), Residential High-Rise Development, Single Apartment/Condominium and Sustainable Residential Development.

Melissa Green, Managing Director of X1 Sales & Lettings, described the results as a tremendous achievement and a reflection of the team’s hard work, expertise and passion.

X1 also earned strong national recognition at The Negotiator Awards, where it was shortlisted in five competitive categories, including Employer of the Year, Block Management Company of the Year, Regional North East and North West Agency of the Year, Letting Agency of the Year (Large), and Estate Agency of the Year (Small).

Looking ahead, Melissa said the business is preparing to support landlords through significant regulatory change linked to the Renters’ Rights Act. X1 plans to provide clear, practical guidance through in-person drop-in sessions and online webinars, helping landlords understand the new rules and protect long-term value as the market evolves.
